🍓 Smoothie Muus & Cambaha – Cunto Caloosha u Fudud

Haddii aad rabto cabitaan caafimaad leh, caloosha u fudud, isla markaana dhadhan macaan leh – smoothie muus iyo camba ayaa ku habboon. Waa cunto fudud oo isku daraysa nafaqooyinka muuska, cambaha iyo caano-faras. Waxaa la cabi karaa quraac ahaan, qado fudud, ama xitaa markaad daalan tahay oo u baahan tahay tamar degdeg ah.

Qalabka aad u baahan tahay:


1 muus bisil 🍌


1 koob camba bisil oo jarjaran 🥭


½ koob caano-faras (yogurt) ama caano almando ah 🥛


½ koob biyo qabow (ama baraf yar) ❄️


1 qaado yar malab 🍯 (ikhtiyaari ah, haddii aad rabto macaan dheeraad ah)

Habka diyaarka:


1. Ku rid blender muuska iyo cambaha jarjarka ah.



2. Ku dar caano-faraska iyo biyo qabow/baraf.



3. Haddii aad rabto dhadhan macaan, ku dar malabka.



4. Blend ilaa uu noqdo jilicsan oo isku mid ah.



5. Ku shub koob qurux badan, isla markiiba cab adigoo qabow u cunaya.

Faa’iidooyinka caafimaad:


✅ Muus → Dejinta caloosha, potassium iyo fiber badan.

✅ Camba → Vitamin C hodan ah, kor u qaada difaaca jirka.
